By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
Please read for further details and rules:1.) You MUST be patient. Turnaround times can vary depending on the state of my current queue. If you need the work by a specific date, you must let me know before the payment is sent.
Please try to keep deadline requests to a minimum of 3 weeks2.) You must have clear reference images of your character. I will not work off of character descriptions! Even a colored base helps bring your vision to life better, so please have reference material on hand!3.) You must be very clear with what you would like when commissioning me (ie: pose, expression), otherwise I will take artistic liberty by default.4.) I will fix any mistakes I have made for free, however, any major edits to the final drawing that were not discussed during the initial sketch phases will result in a fee.Any revisions must be requested within the first 7 days of completion.
Raw files will be deleted one week after the final artwork has been approved.5.) You must be 18+ to commission me, this is non-negotiable.6.) You must pay upfront in full. If you can not afford to do this, a 50/50 payment plan can be discussed privately. ( half upfront, half after sketch is sent )7.) No refunds once the work has been started. Once I send a sketch, it is final! If you file a chargeback after a sketch has been sent, you will be blocked & blacklisted from future purchases of any kind.8.) You may NOT use my artwork for anything commercial (ie: merchandise, prints, etc) This work is strictly for personal use. Please message me if you'd like to discuss commercial or monetized pricing.9.) I post almost all of my commission work publicly on my social media platforms. If you would like your commission to be private, you must let me know beforehand.10.) I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.11.) This TOS is subject to changes at any time.12.) Users who commission me are bound to the agreement of this TOS
